How to Donate
We are grateful for the tremendous support from our local community as well as various campaigns, including but not limited to, the BC Thanksgiving Food Drive, CBC’s annual Food Bank Days and Global Okanagan calendar campaign. The food bank accepts financial donations & food donations. The Oliver Food Bank (2000) is a non-profit society and registered charity (business number 862710720RR0001).

Oliver Food Bank is 100% volunteer-based with no paid staff. Your donation dollars go directly to the purchase of food and sundry for clients, and operating costs. 100% of your donation will support the Oliver and Okanagan Falls communities. Financial donations allow us to purchase food best-suited to supplement the menus provided to our clients.
All donations over $20 will be receipted and can be made:

Items most helpful for our hampers include:
Non-food items: laundry detergent, shampoo, toothpaste, feminine hygiene.
Would you like to help feed a pet? We gladly accept donations of cat and dog food.
****To ensure the safety of our clients, we cannot accept home canning, homemade food, open packages, alcoholic beverages, mouthwash containing alcohol, cough drops, medication, severely dented or rusted cans, and items that are past expiry. Oliver Food Bank follows safety guidelines as outlined by Food Banks Canada and the BC Centre for Disease Control.

- Rice
- Protein beans and beans in sauce
- Mac & Cheese
- Mr. Noodles
- 250 ml jam
